By entrusting us with your pet you should know that the courier selected to transport your beloved pet will be a person who loves animals! He or She will look after them as well as you could wish for! By transporting your pet from one place to another in London or the surrounding area we can assure 100% safety and care.

Animals carried by our company are always treated as a welcome passenger and will always be transported in the front seat next to the courier to have full control over the pet and take care of its safety.

The maximum number of animals that can be carried by one courier is limited to 1! If you want to transport more then one pet please write to us, so we can discuss your requirements.

Dogs that are human friendly will not be transported in a cage! For safety reasons, all other animals should have a cage or a carrier bag or box.

We can transport animals only in London and the surrounding area! Animals can be transported using only in the same day delivery (we dont have a facility look after them overnight) and the delivery is carried out as soon as possible so that the animal does not feel lost and scared!

For the safety of the driver, we only accept house pets!

* spiders, snakes and other exotic animals will not be accepted.
